do you accept late transfers?
Yes, we do accept women into our care late in their pregnancy as long as they have been receiving prenatal care. We have the mother fill out a medical release form and we fax it to her prior health care provider’s office in order to request her records. It is not uncommon for a woman to decide late in her pregnancy that she no longer wants to give birth in the hospital.
